Check your internet connection and that the POS terminal clock is correct. Restart the app and verify the outlet is assigned in Settings → Outlets. Contact us if delays exceed 15 minutes.
Review employee tax profiles and statutory settings for the pay period. Ensure allowances were saved before running payroll. Re-run preview before finalising the batch.
Confirm the customer record has a valid email or phone, and that your template is active. Check printer/PDF permissions in browser settings for web exports.
Rotate API keys in the developer portal and update the Authorization header. Ensure the key has scopes for the endpoint you are calling.
Verify transaction dates and posting status. Pending transactions do not appear on statements until approved. Export a ledger report for the same period to compare.
